At Fū, felt was used with precision to create a subtle separation between the dynamic energy of the coffee bar and the calm of the seating area. While the bar remains active, the ceiling absorbs background noise, allowing conversations and coffee moments to unfold in comfort. It’s an acoustic solution designed to support both function and atmosphere.

A textured gradient wallpaper was chosen to complement the terracotta felt ceiling. The transition from darker tones near the top to lighter ones near the floor creates a soft, grounded visual flow.

In this space, luminous textile lightboxes were introduced to bring visual rhythm and added dynamism to the overall composition. Beyond their aesthetic role, they also served a practical purpose — discreetly masking windows that disrupted the architectural coherence of the space. Instead of being removed, some of these openings were integrated: textiles were applied over certain windows to gently filter natural light.
